How to Join

EVE Blogs is a conglomeration of bloggers who share an unhealthy interest in the video game EVE Online. I, Arkanis VonBerra, originally created this as a place to put my own blog but I realized that this is a great opportunity to bring the blogging community a little closer together.

Initially I thought that I would charge a set amount of ISK for this service but in the end I decided that I just didn’t want to have to manage a roster of who had paid and who hadn’t so I’ve decided to offer this service on a donation basis. Here is how it works.

You must send an email to admin[at]eve-blogs.net, stating your character name and he subdomain that you would like. The subdomain cannot contain any special characters or spaces, only numbers and letters. You must also make some sort of donation by contract to Arkanis VonBerra. If you don’t feel this service is worth anything to you, you must still do this because it proves to me that you aren’t a trial account.

What you get:

  • The latest version of WordPress hosted at the subdomain you provided.
  • One email address forwarded to the email address you desire.
  • Limited support for your WordPress install.
  • Optional syndication on the EVE-Blogs.net front page.
